The National Urban League seeks a forward-thinking Administrative Assistant in the Talent Management department. Under the supervision of the Vice President, Human Resources, the Assistant will be responsible for a broad range of high level administrative and operational support across a complex portfolio of initiatives, partnerships, contracts and convenings related to the Whitney M. Young Jr. Center for Leadership.
The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and results-oriented administrator who exercises sound judgement, discretion and attention to detail while supporting executive staff and cross functional collaborators. This individual must be comfortable managing multiple workstreams, navigating shifting priorities, and coordinating time sensitive activities with internal and external stakeholders. The Assistant must also be a consummate professional who works well in a team environment and is willing to pitch in where and when necessary to support the mission and goals of the department.
