This role ensures that learning programs, digital platforms, and content flow smoothly from planning to execution. The Manager owns the daily mechanics of delivery, managing the learning management system (LMS), coordinating and developing content, supporting delivery across formats, and keeping learning activity moving in a dynamic, resource‑constrained nonprofit environment.
